It is a cold working machine which is highly effective for ductile metals. This press offered by us is powered by a heavy duty electric motor which controls pressure application of punching die. H Type Power Press comprises frame, clutch, crank shaft, flywheel, ram slide, gear assembly, and a bed.Hydraulic presses are commonly used for forging, clinching, moulding, blanking, punching, deep drawing, and metal forming operations. Hydraulic presses are also used for stretch forming, rubber pad forming, and powder compacting. Brand Heavy Duty mechanical Power Presses are coming in “C” frame versions from 5 tons to 200 tons capacity in most economical type of construction with several std./optional features such as manual/auto lubrication systems, knockouts electronics safety, Single/Double or Un-geared versions as also Pneumatic, H-frame presses are so named for their H-like shape. They consist of a steel frame, posts, a press cylinder, and, optionally, a movable middle bolster.
