Easy Maintenance: The adhesive is designed to bond to the tape itself and other insulation, but not to the metal busbar, allowing for clean removal during inspections. Temperature Performance: These tapes have a continuous operating temperature of up to 70°C–90°C and remain flexible at temperatures as low as -40°C. No Derating Required: Due to excellent thermal emissivity and direct contact with the busbar, no current derating is necessary. Voltage Boosting: A single layer (two-thirds overlapped) provides 17.5 kV protection, but a second layer can increase flashover protection up to 36 kV.
