Approximately 50-60 percent higher than conventional shuttering plywood. Phenolic resin is what gives the pallet it's waterproof properties2) Pallets are have a density of 0.95 - 1.05 which is also higher than shuttering plywood.3) The film face used on the pallet is of a higher GSM than shuttering plywood. It is highly abrasion resistant an does not let moisture penetrate from the surface.4) The pallet is re-enforced with a wire mesh at the top and bottom. The purpose of wire mesh re-enforcement is shock absorption. When the machine vibrates or pressure is applied on the pallets, they do not crack or bend. It increases resistance to repeated stress. Increases the life of a pallet. This shock absorption property is formally referred to as VIBRATION TRANSMISSION.5) The paint on used on the side is an epoxy resin. The edges once coted with the paint are sealed. No moisture penetration can take place.6) The edges are cut and chamfered to prevent impact when the pallet enters the machine. They are cut and chamfered at a very specific angle and length.
