High pressure High pressure jetting pump equipment (a.k.a Hydro Scrubbing) is a process in which your sewer pipes are scoured by streams of high-pressure water shooting out of a hose at up to (241 bar) 3,500 psi. These high-pressure streams are strong enough to cut through and clear out any debris in your sewer lines.A water jet cutter is a machine that is made up of three main components to utilise a high-pressure stream of water to erode a narrow line within a piece of material. Depending on the material's density and compound such as titanium a granular abrasive is added to the water jet to increase the cutting power.High pressure water jetting, commonly known as high pressure hydro jetting, is a widespread abrasive water discharge operation. As such, it is very successful because of its powerful blasting effect. WJ machining is a non-conventional machining process in which a high-speed jet of water is used as the tool to remove the workpiece material by erosion. In order to generate such a tool, the water is first pressurized. Water-jet cutting is based on a very simple functional principle. A fine jet of water hits the surface of a workpiece at high speed. It causes material removal and separates the material.
