The Multi-Application Hose Pipe Testing Machine is a heavy-duty, floor-mounted hydrostatic test system designed to perform proof pressure, leak, and burst testing on a wide array of hose assemblies. Engineered to handle the extreme high-pressure demands of Hydraulic Hoses (up to 250/400 bar) as well as the high-volume, low-pressure requirements of Fire Hoses and Industrial Rubber Hoses, this machine offers a versatile testing platform for manufacturing plants, maintenance workshops, and certification laboratories. The system utilizes an automated electric-hydraulic power pack to deliver a smooth, pulse-free pressure ramp-up. To accommodate various hose styles, the testing bed features an interchangeable manifold configuration supporting End Clamps, Quick Couplings, and Flange Ends. For absolute operator safety, all testing is conducted entirely within a fully enclosed, rugged steel chamber featuring impact-resistant polycarbonate viewing windows and automatic safety interlocks.
