The Automatic Vertical Hot Stamping Machine is a high-precision, medium-duty industrial press engineered to apply decorative metallic foils, holograms, and brand logos onto a wide range of substrates. Operating via a pneumatically or hydraulically driven vertical ram, the machine delivers up to 3 tons of consistent stamping pressure across a generous 200 x 200 mm maximum stamping area. This makes it an ideal production solution for branding plastic components (ABS, PP, PS), leather goods, heavy paperboard packaging, and wood. The machine balances high productivity with operator control through its semi-automatic design: parts are loaded manually onto a custom fixture, while the foil advancement, heated dwell time, and press stroke are executed automatically via foot-switch or dual safety-button activation. Powered by a standard 220V single-phase line, the system integrates high-wattage cartridge heaters and an electronic PID controller to maintain flawless temperature uniformity up to 200°C, ensuring crisp, durable, and clean foil transfers every cycle.
