Cup Filler Machine is used to pack granular and powder items by volume. This machine has volumetric cups in which the material is filled from the top hopper.The liquid filling machine operates on the principle of liquid pressure filling. When the pressure is high, the liquid flows into the bottle using its own weight. This process occurs when the pressure of the liquid reservoir matches the volume of air present in the bottle.As the bottles are released into the filling area, a sensor sees the bottles and will automatically begin the filling process by actuating the filling machine. The Auto-Fill™ provides a variable fill time setting that can be adjusted to provide the amount of time required for your filling machine to fill your bottles.
