Product Details
The Pick Fill Seal Machine is a tool for the automatic packaging of items. It measures the amount of a product accurately and produces pouches that are closed to prevent leakage. With a physical size of 970 × 570 × 1700 mm and a mass of 220 kg, the frame remains steady during use. It operates on a standard electrical supply of 220 V and 50 Hz. By using this system, a user can fill volumes between 10 and 1000 ml. For the containers, the machine uses bags that are 120 - 300 mm long and 100 - 200 mm wide. It creates between 10 and 20 bags every minute. Due to those rates, the machine is appropriate for manufacturing tasks of a limited scale. When a facility installs this equipment, the system works easily with other tools. As the machine follows a cycle to pick, fill and seal, people do not need to touch the items often. In this way the process stays clean and meets required standards.
