The "NEOCASTER" plunger lubricant is used in the forming of aluminum for items such as automobile and motorcycle parts and mobile phones.The plunger is a rod or piston used to inject molten metal into the die cavity during high-pressure die casting. The use of this rod helps in forcefully inject the molten metal at the right speed and pressure into the die cavity.The purpose of a lube oil system is to continuously provide cool, clean oil to the bearings and gear (if applicable) at the proper pressure, temperature, and flow rate.
