Product Details
The tubes used are of boiler quality of BS 3059, Gr. 320 or Gr. 360 of Tata / TI / JR� Make.
The INBED COILS are made from SA 210 Gr. A1 quality and 6.35 mm Thick Seamless tube of MSL / Jindal / ISMT / JR Seamless Make to have longer life and withstand the erosion due to silica in rice husk.
The Boiler has latest 5-Pass Design 'HYBRID-COMPO" features to have advantages of "Water Tube and Smoke Tubes" Design and ensure Higher Efficiency and Complete Combustion and minimum unburt carryover.
The FBC furnace has SS 304 Invest Cast Air Nozzles for longer life unlike others using Cast Iron or SS 410/210.
