The hollow block machine is based on wheels ensuring fast and efficient work. The machine after lying blocks on a concrete floor moves to the next position. This process eliminates the need for wood or steel pallets. The mould and ram moved by hydraulic cylinders creates a much stronger block. With this, the block maker can use less cement in the block manufacturing process. Several standard moulds as well as custom moulds are readily available. By affixing the desired mould, any type of blocks can be produced with consistent quality. This machine can apply pressure of 2000 PSI & can be used in producing hollow block, solid blocks, bricks galore and interlocking pavers.
