DESCRIPTION HYDRO HVI ZF WT fluids are lubricants developed for hydraulic systems, vacuum pumps, motors, circulating systems & Wind Turbines Hydraulics systems (Locks, Brakes & Pitch systems) subjected to wide range of temperature at high pressure or where small viscosity change with fluctuating temperature is required. Formulated with combination of highly refined quality paraffinic base oils Group-3 for HYDRO HVI ZF WT (Zinc Free) grade a highly shear stable polymer and an advanced additive system to meet the stringent requirements of modern hydraulic systems. These oils offer good protection against wear, corrosion, rust formation & prevent high foam building and ageing of the lubricants. Also when these lubricants are exposed to small amounts of water, this hardly influences the filterability of the lubricant. We also provide ZF grade (ZINC FREE) and Ashless Hydraulic Oil in HVI Grades for Extra Extended Drain Interval & Upgrade to AL Technology with Special Base Oil No Heavy Metals, Zinc Free, Good Anti-Foam & Air Release Properties by Using Silicon Free Components APPLICATION Recommended for severe service or extreme temperature applications. These include hydraulic systems - ice machines, air compressors – wind turbines and circulating systems. It will also provide extra-long service life in any general purpose system where R & O anti-wear type lubricants are required Hydraulic and power transmission systems subjected to a wide range of ambient & operating. Critical hydraulic systems subjected to most severe outdoor operating conditions such as high accuracy numerically controlled machine tools and those employing close clearance servo valves. Versatile Application in all Wind Turbines. Industrial, Automotive & Construction Hydraulic Equipment's systems such as Piling Rigs, TBN (Tunnel Boring Machine), Excavators, Cranes and Hydrostatic drives.
