DESCRIPTION SYNTH HYDRO HVI WT fluids are lubricants for hydraulic systems, vacuum pumps, motors, circulating systems & Wind Turbines Hydraulics systems (Locks, Brakes & Pitch systems) where extreme temperatures or severe applications requires the performance characteristics of synthetic oils. SYNTH HYDRO HVI WT fluids are formulated with 100% synthetic Group-4 base oil stocks combination with anti-rust, antiwear, anti-oxidant and an advanced synthetic Ester additive, highly shear stable polymer to meet the stringent requirements of modern hydraulic systems. Natural resistance to carbon and varnish formations provides for equipment operation with minimum deposits from thermal stresses. FEATURES & BENEFITS Elimination of carbonaceous and lacquer deposits Low and high temperature stability (-65 to 240 °C.) High viscosity index liquid paraffin, Enhanced anti-wear performance Low foaming Enhanced oxidation & thermal stability, Corrosion protection & Lower coefficient of friction Air release performance, Filterability performance extended equipment life Compatibility with conventional seal materials & Less maintenance and down time Greater bio gradability compared to petroleum products APPLICATION Recommended for severe service or extreme temperature applications. These include hydraulic systems - ice machines, air compressors – wind turbines and circulating systems. It will also provide extra-long service life in any general purpose system where R & O anti-wear type lubricants are required Hydraulic and power transmission systems subjected to a wide range of ambient & operating. Critical hydraulic systems subjected to most severe outdoor operating conditions such as high accuracy numerically controlled machine tools and those employing close clearance servo valves. Versatile Application in all Wind Turbines. Industrial, Automotive & Construction Hydraulic Equipment's systems such as Piling Rigs, TBN (Tunnel Boring Machine), Excavators, Cranes and Hydrostatic drives.
