Scrap Baling Machine also known as scrap baling press or Scrap bundling machine is used to compress waste/scrap into bundles. The scrap may be metal, paper or plastic. Wastage vary in their material form.A baling press is a dedicated waste management machine that compresses recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard, and plastic, into dense, manageable bundles (bales).How Do Balers Work? Balers have a steel frame that supports a hydraulic ram powered by an electric motor-driven pump. Hydraulic oil is then pumped under pressure to the cylinder and moves the plunger (ram) against the material that is being baled. The material is packed into a dense block (bale) in the bale chamber.Baling machines use their unique pressing process to distort larger pieces of metal into smaller shapes, such as cuboids or cylindrical, depending on the density of the metals. The machines use hydraulics to operate the pressing mechanic that crushes the scrap metal into bales.A baler or hay baler is a piece of farm machinery used to compress a cut and raked crop (such as hay, cotton, flax straw, salt marsh hay, or silage) into compact bales that are easy to handle, transport, and store.
