The Automated Water Leakage Testing Machine is a high-efficiency quality control system designed for heavy-duty production lines. Engineered for rigorous validation protocols, this machine combines high-pressure hydrostatic integrity validation with a submerged immersion bubble test on a single, unified footprint. The machine utilizes a Fixture-based design featuring customized quick-change tooling plates. When a component is loaded, high-force pneumatic or hydraulic actuators automatically seal all open fluid pathways with durable polyurethane gaskets. The system then floods and pressurizes the part up to 100 bar to evaluate structural integrity, casting porosity, and seal bypass tracking with absolute repeatability.
