Ice Cream Air Churner Machine is widely used in conversion of cream to milk. It is widely demanded in dairy industry and are highly appreciated for its .A high-speed electric motor, geared at approximately 75 rpm, drives a mechanism that simultaneously rotates the canister, counter-rotates the scraper, and holds the churn paddles stationary. As the canister turns, the ice cream mixture freezes against the inner wall of the canister.Ice cream is a frozen dessert, typically made from milk or cream and flavoured with a sweetener, either sugar or an alternative, and a spice, such as cocoa or vanilla, or with fruit such as strawberries or peaches. It can also be made by whisking a flavored cream base and liquid nitrogen together.The adjustable air pump on these machines injects air into the ice cream while dispensing. This leads to a fluffier, lighter cone, and uses less ice cream mix to save you money! The low mix indicator lets you know when the mix is running low, ensuring that you'll always have ice cream on hand.
