The system helps optimize floor space, improve material flow, reduce manual handling, and support continuous production operations. The conveyor system generally consists of a modular plastic belt, supporting frame, drive motor, gearbox, drive and return sprockets, belt tensioning arrangement, support structure, and an electrical control system. The modular belt is typically constructed from interlocking plastic modules that form a continuous conveying surface.
