Hydroextractors are machines which are used in the textile processing industry. These are mainly centrifuges. The wet material is placed in the extractor, which has a wall of perforated metal, generally stainless steel. The internal drum rotates at high speed, thus throwing out the water contained in it. usually centrifugal machine for extracting water (as from yarn or cloth)It works under the unique principle of centrifugal force. We offer two types of Hydro Extractor i.e. (1). Belt Driven, machine mounted on heavy duty 3 leg suspension (2). Direct Driven, basket mounted directly on the drive motor.Screw extractors are used to remove broken screws without damaging the surrounding material or the threaded hole.When using conventional batch hydroextractor, fiber is unloaded from the dyeing machine into specially designed fabric bags which allow direct crane loading of the centrifuge. When the perforated drum is revolved, the water is thrown out because of the centrifugal force.
