Mill Power BP2 (2 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a compact, commercial-grade pulverizer made for small spice businesses and daily masala grinding with reliable performance. Built by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP2 is ideal for retail spice shops, small food units, and ayurvedic/herbal processors who need consistent grinding in a space-saving machine. BP2 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 Stainless Steel full body, manufactured using heavy-duty ISI metals for long-lasting durability. It runs on 220V / 415V, 50Hz and supports Single Phase / Three Phase power options as per customer requirement. With 2 HP power, BP2 offers approx. 20 kg/hr capacity (depending on material) with around 1.5 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth operation and stable grinding, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain uniform output. BP2 includes a 3-screen set with all accessories to control mesh size and achieve the required fineness for different spices. For safer running and load monitoring, it is fitted with an AMP meter & optimal cable setup, allowing the operator to track current load and avoid overload. Installation can be done using an anti-vibration pad, and depending on usage hours and flooring strength, foundation may be recommended for best stability. The drive system uses a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring proper torque transfer during grinding. BP2 is suitable for grinding all masala items such as chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent texture and dependable output.
