The continuous inkjet printer 540, like all other Nilkamal CIJ printers, is made of IP55 stainless steel, ensuring that the product is resilient to wear and tear and is durable. Here's a glimpse at some specifications of the "unconventionally simple" CIJ printer F540: Nilkamal's Continuous inkjet printer F540 comprises a standard 60μ nozzle bore; however, one can also opt for the 70μ nozzle bore if required. While the standard input language is English (USA), Arabic and Chinese are optional input languages available in this product. This industrial inkjet printer's maximum line speed is 25-280 meters per minute, with a 0.417 mm print dot interval. It incorporates a standard American keyboard and a 7″ LED high-contrast WYSIWYG ( what-you-see-is-what-you-get ) display, ensuring ease of operation. The ink cartridge volume and makeup cartridge volume are 750 ml each. The makeup cartridge is selected based on the ink type chosen. The minimum and maximum nominal throw distances are 2mm and 15 mm, respectively. The printer is capable of storing up to 1,000 complex messages and has unlimited storage capacity if connected to a USB. The data interface incorporates a standard USB with logo backup features. The product in its dry and unpacked form weighs approximately 27 kg, whereas the total package weighs 45 kg. The optional equipment available with this CIJ printer are as follows: Positive air pump Dry-air kit for high humidity ( requires plant air ) A product detector An RS232 connection An encoder for variable speed applications. A 90-degree printhead Conveyors and brackets as required Custom logos and graphics may be created on the PC or printer in the Monochrome Bitmap format. The rated character height is 2 mm to 12 mm, which varies depending on the font chosen. The console is made of stainless steel and is 570 mm high, 345 mm wide, and 286 mm deep.
