We are leading manufacturer, Importers and Service Provider of IR Heating Conveyor Oven for Brake Shoe Bonding and our product is made up of good quality.The oven is built in metal frame, having the walls insulated with ceramic fiber blanket, in order to keep the heat, given by the heating elements, inside the oven. outside it is square-shaped and inside nearly elliptic, allowing the brake shoes to go through in a rational way, in comparison with the heating elements, as well as a higher refraction on the brake shoes to be bonded.The oven has a completely electrical running.The heat cycle is given through infrared heating elements, which, placed into raceways, give the heat both directly (radiation) and warming the room (convection).The conveyor is complete with a special chain suitable to support the fixtures holding the brakes shoes.The coupler of the fixtures holding the brake shoes is given by means of the pressure band, allowing in this way the employment of different types of fixtures. The oven is complete with an electronic inverter, to adjust the conveyor speed according to the production type.The temperature controls are obtained by a digital temperature controller coupled with Thyristor control. It receives the signals by thermocouples fitted on the ovenThe production speed can be changed by an electronic inverter.
