“ITL” High Speed Double Column with Linear Motion Guide (LMG) Semi Automatic Horizontal Bandsaw Machine Model “ITL-300 F For Structural Steel & Pipe Cutting”
Specifications :
- Cutting Capacity : Round Pipe/Structural Steel 260 mm dia. Rectangular 300 x 260 mm

- Blade Speed : 20 To 100 Mtr/Min std. supply suitable for cutting all types of metals.
- Fully heavy duty welded structure torsion free construction.
- Cutting head up-down movement guided in Vertical pair of imported linear Motion bearing for jerk free movement.
- Infinitely variable pressure controlled cutting feed & upward return rapid movement by hydraulic cylinder.
- Coolant tank with 60 Ltr. capacity and powered with electric coolant pump.
- Adjustable tungsten carbide face blade guides with ball bearings at either side of cutting bar.
- Automatic return of cutting head.
- Variable feed pressure to cut easy to difficult material as well as hollow sections and profile with increased productivity and tool life.
- High pressure coolant jets through blade guide helps coolant to enter in to the bar through blade gullets to optimize productivity and tool life.
- Cutting feed through infinitiely variable flow control valve with cutting pressure regulation, as per the material property.
- Heavy duty/Warm reduction gear box for blade rotation to minimize polygon effect to enhance tool life, surface finish and minimize vibration during cutting.
- Heavy duty energy efficient electric motor.
- Control panel with necessary switch gear and step down transformer for control circuit.
- To optimize productivity and blade life, constant beam strength is obtained through a contentiously monitored stretching of blade through a hydraulically operated blade tension arrangement.
- Linear motion guide rail & bearings on vertical columns are lubricated through oil pump.
- Hydraulic power pack with sufficient oil tank capacity and necessary control elements are provided on the machine. Circular inspection door cover provided for easy checkup and cleaning of the oil Tank.
- Cutting feed and rapid reverse of cutting arm.
- Automatic machine stop when blade fails.
- Blade Tensioning when hydraulic power is on and tension release no sooner machine is off to minimize fatigue stresses.
- Auto stop of machine when blade breaks.
- Blade guards for operator safety near clamping area.
- All electric motors are of IP-54 protection grade.
- Kant angle of 3 degree shall be provided.
