ITL introduces 4th generation Horizontal Metal Cutting Bandsaw.Fully Automatic Twin Column Bandsaw Model ITL- 300 TCBA NCFully Automatic Twin Column Bandsaw Model ITL-TCBA NC having AC Servo Down feed in place of Hydraulic Cylinder. Conventional Bandsaw issues of Change in Oil Viscosity, Oil Contamination and need of high skilled operator are eliminated with the introduction of PLC HMI and AC Servo Ball Screw for down feed. Servo feed offers Pulse cutting feature which improves productivity and tool life. Unskilled worker can run the machine at optimum parameters as PLC program requires only material group and Bar size, to cut desired lengths. PLC screen shows 4 different material groups i.e. Non Ferrous, MS, Medium Alloy and High Alloy/SS materials. Based on group selection PLC set the optimum machine parameters automatically and cut the bar. Full capacity bundle xture enhance productivity. Increased productivity, least allowance, no rejection, and enhanced tool life make the machine viable and offers value for money.
