Special Features: Wheel covers inter-locking with saw motor. Blade broken indicator. Vice clamping before saw start. Bar exhaust sensor for bar ending signals for accident protection. Automatic height adjusting accordingly to the job size. Safety guard provided for shuttle table moving area. Protection limit switch provided for up down movement of cutting head. Mechanical overload protection for both servo motor (specially designed mechanical coupling). Energy chain protection for moving hoses and cables. Cutting feed through Servo Motor with ball screw, guided on imported Linear Motion Guides. Highest productivity and exceptional blade life achievable in comparison to conventional band saw machines. Self-adjusting Floating Shuttle system with broad and sturdy construction. Multiple cut length programming with batch selection facility. PLC gives recommendation for feed and speed selection based on the job material (Type & Size) User-friendly HMI with touch screen facility provides comprehensive information like -a.
