Supply suitable for cutting all types metals. Construction Details : Fully heavy duty welded structure torsion free construction. Cutting arm Guided in Leaner Motion Guide Bearing. Infinitely variable pressure controlled cutting feed & upward return rapid movement by hydraulic cylinder. Auto height stop on return stroke of cutting arm. Tungsten Carbide face guides with ball bearings. Separate cabinet of Control panel with all necessary switch gears, fuses, indicators & push buttons & mounted on machine. Hydraulic main vice. Machine is provided with worm reduction gear box for blade wheel rotation. Cutting feed and rapid reverse of cutting arm. Blade Tensioning when hydraulic power is on and tension releases no sooner machine is off to minimise fatigue stresses. All electric motors are of IP-54 protection grade.
