Special Features: Anti Friction LMG bearings for smooth up-down movements of cutting head (blade). Hydraulic Automatic feed regulation to adjust feed without operator involvement depending upon material composition, hardness and cross - section. Much superior and better technology than conventional hydro-mechanical blade sensor. Carbide face blade guides preciously manufactured and mounted carbide with anti friction bearings which does not require frequent alignment. Sturdy Split Main Vice helps in holding the job on both sides of cutting Hydraulic Blade Tension for precise tensioning of blade for cutting. The blade tension is gradually released when power off to avoid falling of blade. Heavy Duty Gearbox with Taper Roller Bearings to take the side thrust load of blade tension easily. The drive output is very smooth which helps in getting very high blade life. High pressure coolant jets are provided for chips removal at very high cutting rates. Better cooling and chips removal helps is achieving high tool life and exceptional material removal rate (MRR). Ergonomic design of Electrical control panel and Hydraulic Power pack for ease of operation and maintenance.
