Essential Oil Information The oil is extracted from Jasmine/Jasminum which is of a shrub and vine variety and comes from olive family. With around 200 species, the plant is generally native to tropical/warm temperature regions. The oil is extracted from white or yellow colored flowers with the extracted oil having in it soothing, calming and properties. The intense floral scent of the oil can also be used on body after dilution and can also be mixed with other oils. Oil Properties With the oil extracted from the flowers using solvent extraction method, the extract is sensual, calming and soothing and is excellent to be used as an ingredient in moisturizer, scrub, body spray, shampoo and other products.
