For all intents and purposes, a lower-rising pad lift offers the same capabilities as a full-size two-post hoist or four-post hoist. The difference is whether you'll be using a creeper or work seat rather than standing upright.Most scissor lifts fall into two usage categories, rough terrain or slab.
