High Intensity, High gradient, Permanent Magnetic Destoner & Magnetic Roller Separators with the indigenous technology. This has been used successfully in Industrial Minerals applications. The Machine incorporates high energy rare Earth Neodymium Permanent Magnetic Roll Assembly, which is manufactured and assembled under strict quality control and specification to Generate unsurpassed Magnetic Field Gradients. Under this High Intensity Magnetic Field, weekly Magnetic Contamination can be easily removed efficiently.
Our Magnetic Destoners are efficient, high-intensity, high-gradient and durable machine used for a wide variety of applications for separations including coffee, beans, seeds, wheat, cereal, maize, rice, soya bean, seed, sunflower seed, legume, barley, oat, malt, nut, millet, kamut, green lentils, black jasmine rice, quinoa, barley groats, buckwheat groats, sushi rice, basmati rice, corn kernels, couscous, pearled couscous, cowpea, green peas, red lentils, mung bean, chickpeas, puy lentils, green split peas, aduki beans, dalia, mixed beans, black eyed peas, iodized salt, kidney beans, yellow split peas, Flageolet beans, pinto beans, marrow fat beans, black turtle beans and others.
It also used to remove impurities from spices like red chillies, kebab masala, tikka masala, mild madras curry, ginger, turmeric, red colouring food, garlic and coriander seasoning, lamb seasoning mix, black pepper, red paprika, saffron, sage, rosemary, parsley, thyme, cumin and many other spices can be separate using our high quality magnetic destoner.

- A 0.5 HP, variable speed DC/AC geared motor drive adjustable from 0 to 280 RPM drives the roll.
- Vibratory feeder provided with high quality unbalanced vibratory motors.
- Abrasion resistant endless conveyor Belts with a thickness of 1mm is provided for the Machine.
