Introducing the Magnolia / White Champac (Flowers / Blossoms) Oils Distillation Plants, Capacity: 5 TPD, crafted from premium stainless steel for superior durability and hygiene in essential oil production.. All contact parts use food grade stainless steel - the equipment resists rust and cleans easily. Mech O Tech Llp built the unit in India - it runs on the normal three phase supply found in most factories and keeps power demand low. One operator starts the shift - water fills the boiler, steam rises through the flower load, oil separates in the glass florentine plus the hydrosol flows to a collection tank. Each valve, sensor and sight glass sits within arm's reach - no step demands heavy labour. The layout changes on request - the still, condenser and receiver swap position if your ceiling is low or if you need left hand access. Steam temperature stays below one hundred degrees Celsius - the blossoms release their scent without damage. A high efficiency condenser knocks the vapour back to liquid within seconds - this protects the fragile aroma but also gives more oil per kilo of petals. After the run, a quick spray of hot water flushes residue from the vessel walls - no tools are required. The finished oil meets standards for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic use. Connect the unit to any existing line with standard tri clamp joints - no extra platform or foundation is necessary.
