Mill Power BP3 (3 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a compact commercial pulverizer designed for uniform grinding, controlled fineness, and stable daily operation. Made by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP3 is a practical choice for spice shops, small masala units, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal processors that need consistent output in a cost-effective setup. BP3 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, manufactured with heavy-duty ISI metals for long service life and rugged performance. It runs on 220V / 415V, 50Hz with Single Phase / Three Phase options (as per configuration). With 3 HP power, BP3 delivers around 30 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 2.2 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth running and consistent results, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration during continuous batches. It includes a 3-screen set with all accessories to control particle size as per required masala texture. For safer operation and load monitoring, BP3 is equipped with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw and prevent overload. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor condition and workload, a foundation may be recommended for best stability. Power transmission is through a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque for different spice and herb grinding loads. BP3 is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, ensuring consistent quality and batch uniformity. Mill Power offers the complete BP series—BP2 to BP50—with production capacities from 20 kg/hr up to 500 kg/hr, backed by MSME / ISO / CE certifications and exported to 30+ countries.
