Mill Power BP3SS304 (3 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a compact, food-grade commercial pulverizer designed for hygienic spice processing, controlled fineness, and stable daily performance. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this SS304 full-body model is ideal for spice shops, small masala units, food startups, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal processors that want a corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean grinding solution. BP3SS304 features a SS304 stainless steel full body made with heavy-duty ISI metals, offering durability, better corrosion resistance, and improved suitability for food-contact operations. The machine supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per site power. With 3 HP power, it delivers approx. 30 kg/hr production capacity (material dependent) with around 2.2 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth running and uniform grinding, BP3SS304 uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and ensuring stable operation during continuous batches. It comes with a 3-screen set and all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For monitoring and overload protection, the machine includes an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, enabling operators to track current draw and maintain safe working limits. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor conditions and workload, a foundation may be recommended for best stability. Power transmission is via a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer for different spice and herb grinding loads. BP3SS304 is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent quality and batch uniformity.
