Mill Power BP7.5 (7.5 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a commercial-duty pulverizer designed for high-output spice grinding, consistent fineness, and stable continuous operation. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP7.5 is ideal for masala manufacturers, spice wholesalers, food-processing units, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal businesses that need reliable daily production with uniform quality. BP7.5 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, made with heavy-duty ISI metals for strong durability and long service life. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per site power availability. With 7.5 HP power, it delivers 75–80 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 5.5 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth operation and uniform grinding, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain stable running during continuous batches. It comes with a 3-screen set with all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For monitoring and overload protection, BP7.5 includes an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, enabling operators to track current draw and maintain safe operating limits. Installation can be done using an anti-vibration pad, and depending on flooring and operating load, a foundation may be recommended for maximum stability. Power transmission is designed with a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer across different spice and herb loads. BP7.5 is suitable for grinding all types of masala, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent output and batch-to-batch uniformity. Mill Power also offers a complete BP series range—BP2 to BP50—covering production capacities from 20 kg/hr up to 500 kg/hr to match different business scales.
