Mill Power BP7.5SS304 Masala Grinding Machine is a commercial-duty pulverizer designed for hygienic spice processing, uniform fineness, and stable continuous operation. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this SS304 full-body model is ideal for masala manufacturers, spice wholesalers, cloud kitchens, food-processing units, and ayurvedic/herbal businesses that require a corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean machine for daily production. BP7.5SS304 is built with a SS304 stainless steel full body using heavy-duty ISI metals, offering strong durability and better suitability for food-contact environments. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz with Single Phase / Three Phase options (as per configuration). As per your specification, it is configured for 3 HP power, delivering around 30 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 2.2 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For consistent grinding performance, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain smooth running during continuous batches. It includes a 3-screen set with all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For operator safety and load monitoring, BP7.5SS304 comes with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing easy tracking of current draw and overload prevention. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor conditions and operating load, a foundation may be recommended for best stability. Power transmission is provided through a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model need, ensuring dependable torque transfer for different spices and herbs. BP7.5SS304 is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, supporting uniform quality and batch consistency.
