Mill Power BP5L (5 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a commercial-duty pulverizer designed for uniform spice grinding, stable running, and reliable daily production. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP5L is ideal for masala manufacturers, kirana/wholesale spice shops, small food-processing units, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal processing businesses. BP5L is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, made with heavy-duty ISI metals for long service life and shop-floor durability. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per your power availability. With 5 HP power, it delivers around 50 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 3.6 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For stable performance and consistent fineness, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain smooth operation during continuous batches. It comes with a 3-screen set and all accessories, allowing you to control particle size as per required masala texture. For monitoring and protection, BP5L is fitted with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup to track load conditions during grinding. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor conditions and operating load, a foundation may be recommended for best stability. Power transmission is designed with a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on the model requirement—supporting dependable torque transfer for different spice loads. BP5L is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, helping businesses maintain consistent quality and batch-to-batch uniformity. Mill Power also offers a full BP series range—BP2 to BP50—covering production capacities from 20 kg/hr up to 500 kg/hr to match different business scales.
