Mill Power BP7.5SS304 (7.5 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a commercial-duty pulverizer built for hygienic spice processing, higher daily output, and consistent fineness in continuous operation. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this SS304 full-body model is ideal for masala manufacturers, spice wholesalers, food-processing units, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal processors that prefer a corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean machine for regular production. BP7.5SS304 is manufactured with a SS304 stainless steel full body using heavy-duty ISI metals, offering long life and better suitability for food-contact environments. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per site requirement. With 7.5 HP power, it delivers 75–80 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 5.5 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For stable grinding and uniform output, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain smooth operation during continuous batches. It includes a 3-screen set with all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For safety and load monitoring, BP7.5SS304 comes with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to monitor current draw and avoid overload. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor conditions and operating load, a foundation may be recommended for maximum stability. Power transmission is designed with a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring reliable torque transfer for different spice and herb grinding loads. BP7.5SS304 is suitable for grinding all types of masala, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, supporting consistent quality and batch-to-batch uniformity.
