Mill Power BP10 (10 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a commercial-duty pulverizer engineered for high-output spice grinding, uniform fineness, and stable continuous operation. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP10 is ideal for masala manufacturers, spice wholesalers, food-processing units, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal processing businesses that require consistent quality and dependable daily production. BP10 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, built with heavy-duty ISI metals for long life, hygiene options, and strong shop-floor durability. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz with Single Phase / Three Phase availability (as per configuration), making it suitable for multiple installation environments. With 10 HP power, BP10 delivers around 100 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 7.5 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For consistent grinding performance, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain smooth running during continuous batches. It includes a 3-screen set with all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For safety and load monitoring, BP10 comes with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw and avoid overload. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor conditions and operating load, a foundation may be recommended for best stability. Power transmission is designed with a single or double belt & pulley mechanism based on model needs, ensuring reliable torque transfer for different spice and herb grinding loads. BP10 is suitable for grinding all types of masala, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, supporting consistent output and batch-to-batch uniformity. Mill Power also offers a complete BP series range—BP2 to BP50—covering production capacities from 20 kg/hr up to 500 kg/hr to match different business scales.
