Mill Power BP3SS304 (3 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a compact commercial-duty pulverizer built for hygienic spice processing, uniform fineness, and stable daily operation. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this SS304 full-body variant is ideal for spice shops, small masala units, cloud kitchens, food startups, and ayurvedic/herbal processors that prefer a corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean machine. BP3SS304 is manufactured with a SS304 stainless steel full body using heavy-duty ISI metals, offering long life and better suitability for food-contact environments. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as required. With 3 HP power, it delivers around 30 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 2.2 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth grinding and consistent output, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain stable running during continuous batches. It includes a 3-screen set with all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For safety and load monitoring, BP3SS304 comes with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to monitor current draw and avoid overload. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor conditions and workload, a foundation may be recommended for maximum stability. Power transmission is designed with a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer for different spice and herb loads. BP3SS304 is suitable for grinding all types of masala, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent quality and batch uniformity.
