Mill Power RDM110 Roasting & Mixing Machine is a compact, production-ready solution for batch roasting, mixing, and seasoning—built for consistent output, uniform mixing, and reliable performance in small-to-mid scale food processing units. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this model is ideal for businesses that need controlled roasting with smooth tilting discharge and low operating cost. Powered by a 1 HP drive, the RDM110 handles up to 110 litres per batch with approx. 0.75 kWh power consumption (power and output may vary based on product type, loading, and mixing time). It supports 230V or 415V, 50Hz in Single Phase or Three Phase, making it flexible for domestic as well as export installations. The machine is built with a Mild Steel / SS202 heavy fabrication structure and a hygienic SS304 stainless steel bowl, designed for durability and food-grade processing. The bowl is balanced and centrally aligned with the gear shaft, ensuring smooth rotation, stable mixing, and consistent roasting across the batch.
