Labscience Technologies Melt flow index tester is used to calculate the MFI/MFR, which is defined as the rate of flow in grams per ten minutes of extradite of molten resins through a jet of a specified length and diameter under prescribed conditions of temperature & load.Relative Standard: ASTM D 1238 Technical Specifications: Temperature Range : Ambient to 400 ℃ (PID control). Temperature Accuracy: +0.5 ℃. Least count: 0.1 ℃. Digital timer: Up to 999 seconds. Diameter of heater tube cavity: 9.55 mm. Dimensions of piston head: 9.47 mm Dia. x 6.35 mm length Dimensions of jets holes: 2.095 mm x 8.00 mm Long.
