Metal Rebar Coupler - Parallel Threaded Mechanical Splice
Surya Engineering Mild Steel Rebar Coupler is a mechanical device for joining two TMT bars end-to-end without overlapping. Made from EN8D high-strength carbon steel (0.40-0.45% Carbon), cold forged and CNC machined with GO/NO-GO thread checking.

- Outer Dia: 21mm to 62mm (62mm for 40mm coupler)
- Length: 50mm to 90mm
- Thread: Parallel Rolled Thread, Pitch 2.5mm & 3.0mm
- Tensile Strength: 700-750 MPa, Elongation > 0.1%
- Standard: IS 16172:2023, ACI 318 Type 1 & Type 2, BS 8110, ISO 15835
- Test: Static Tensile - Bar Break outside coupler, Slip <0.10mm, Low & High Cycle Fatigue
- Finish: Black Oxide / Natural / Hot Dipped Galvanized for coastal
