Rebar Thread Rolling Machine - Parallel Thread Type
This machine is used to peel ribs and roll threads on rebar end. The key equipment to realize rebar mechanical splicing with couplers. Machine working principle is peeling the rebar ribs first before rolling parallel thread on the head of rebar, then connecting two rebars with a coupler which has female thread.
Advantages vs Chaser Type Thread Cutting:
Thread rolling is cold extrusion - it pushes material into thread shape, does not cut flow lines of metal - so thread strength and fatigue resistance is higher than cut threads. High precision and smooth surface, no chips, stable quality. Suitable for high-strength, high-precision and large-volume processing.
