Product Details
The METRO-B10 Multi Cutter Machine is built for industrial cutting of stone and granite blocks. It holds up to ten blades, each with a diameter of about 2.4 - 2.5 meters - multiple blades cut at once with high accuracy. The table accepts a block as large as 3657 mm long, 2134 mm wide and 1066 mm high, which permits large pieces to be processed in one pass. The frame plus components are built for factory conditions - the unit withstands constant use, maintains steady output and keeps cut quality uniform. Because the machine controls the blades automatically, operators need only a light manual touch to guide the work, making the tool suitable for workshops but also production plants that cut stone every day. The solid steel construction and heavy duty parts give years of dependable service, while the advanced drive as well as control systems turn raw granite or stone blocks into cleanly sliced slabs with little waste and high speed.
