Product Details
The METRO-B30 Multi Cutter Machine serves industrial stone and granite block cutting with exactness plus speed. The frame holds five blade mounts that accept blades as long as three metres - one pass removes wide slabs. The table accepts blocks as large as three thousand six hundred fifty seven millimetres long, two thousand one hundred thirty four millimetres wide and one thousand two hundred twenty millimetres high - full size raw stone fits without prior splitting. Steel plate but also welded beams form the chassis - the structure resists twist and vibration for years of steady work. Once the operator sets the stops as well as engages the advance, the carriage moves the blades through the stone with repeatable precision - little rework remains. Workshops and factories gain output because the machine runs long cuts unattended or demands only periodic checks. The design pairs rigid frames with high torque motors - each slice meets tight tolerances while the abrasive rims keep their edge.
