The Mild Steel Car Wiper Riveting Machine, Usage or Application: Hardware processing is a high precision automatic machine built for fast and steady hardware work. It runs on 220 V plus uses a 0.5 kW motor that gives the same power every cycle. The frame leaves 80 mm of open space in front of the tool and the whole unit measures only 225 mm by 110 mm - it drives rivets into wiper parts without wobble. Once the operator presses the start switch, the machine cycles by itself - no one has to guide the work or repeat the stroke. Mild-steel plate but also bar form the base and sides - the unit withstands daily knocks on the shop floor and keeps its alignment year after year. Automotive workshops as well as plants that build or repair wiper assemblies can put the machine on a bench and begin riveting at once, because every unit is in stock or ships without delay.
