A Hydraulic Scrap Baling Press Machine is heavy-duty equipment used for compressing and baling scrap materials such as iron, steel, aluminum, copper, and other metal scrap into compact, high-density bales. These machines are widely used in scrap yards, recycling units, metal processing industries, and foundries to reduce the volume of waste, improve handling, and optimize storage and transportation.Working Principle Scrap material is loaded into the compression chamber. A hydraulic cylinder system applies high pressure to compress the scrap into a dense block/bale. The compressed bale is tied/secured (in tying models) or directly ejected (in loose bale models). The finished bale is ready for transport, storage, or furnace charging.
