About SS Tray Dryer/ Mushroom Dryer/Industrial Drying Oven:- Double walled, mounted on sturdy angle iron frame. Outer body made up of Mild Steel powder coated painted/Stainless Steel-304 and Inner body made up of Stainless Steel-304. Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with 75mm thick glass wool to prevent any heat loss. Provided with double walled door with a system to prevent its opening. Door is provided with best quality handle, gasket etc. Provided with brackets to support the heavily laden trays at different heights. Temp. Range is from ambient to 150°C with an accuracy of + 3°C or as desired by you and is controlled byMicroprocessor PID controller with PT-100 sensor. Heating is done with ISI mark heating elements made from Ni-chrome heating wire placed in the sides of the chamber. Motor blower system in the side of the chamber to maintain the uniformity of the temp. Throughout the chamber. Works on 220Vand 50HZ single phase A.C. provided with exhaust shaft on the top of the body.(Exhaust Motor Blower which is Necessary) Available in following sizes:-CAPACITY: LOAD 6 Trays: 1.5 KW8 Trays: 2 KW12 Trays: 3 KW24 Trays: 5 KW48 Trays: 12 KW96 Trays: 18 KW
