The Gelvenize Electrical Tray Dryer Stainless Steel For Vegetables, Capacity: 20 kg To 3000 kg is designed for efficient drying of vegetables in commercial and industrial processing units. It processes batches that weigh between 20 kg and 3000 kg - a small workshop or a large factory can use the same model. Twenty four removable trays sit inside the chamber - fans blow air across each tray so that moisture leaves every slice at the same rate. The heater and motors run on a three phase 415 V supply, which keeps power draw steady plus limits energy use. The frame is galvanized - every part that touches food is stainless steel - rust does not form even after long exposure to water vapour. The chamber size, tray spacing and heat settings are altered before shipment to match the buyer's daily output target. Steamtech Engineers build each unit and test it so that the target moisture content is reached in every batch.
