Each batch accepts between 20 kg and 3000 kg plus the unit dries up to 500 kg of chilli in one hour - it suits high volume work. The dryer runs in semi automatic mode - operators set parameters and the machine controls the rest, which lowers manual labor but also keeps the process accurate. Mild steel forms the frame - this metal resists wear and gives years of service. A tray dryer layout circulates heat evenly across every tray - the chillies keep their color, scent as well as grade.
