The Maize Dryer Machine for Maize Seeds Drying removes moisture from raw wet maize corn seeds so they can be stored or sold. It processes forty tons of seed every hour, which suits large industrial plants. A three horsepower electrical link feeds the dryer - the unit draws up to three hundred and fifteen kilowatts plus runs without interruption. Continuous automatic belt type LSU technology moves seed through the drum - staff do not have to stop the line. Mild steel plate forms the frame - this metal resists shock and lasts for years. A blue coating covers the steel but also slows rust. Heated air flows evenly through the belt - each kernel leaves the dryer at the same moisture level, ready for bagging and trade.
